CASE STUDIES
COAL AND ALLIED COMMUNITY TRUST

Challenge:
exSELLerate was asked to communicate and build relationships with
alliance partners in the coordination of various marketing communications materials such as:- television commercials, case study development, photography, premiums, telemarketing, PowerPoint templates, event invitations and collateral, television commercials and prospectus design and compilation.
Solution:
exSELLerate designed a research methodology & worked in conjunction with the Coal and Allied Community Trust to set clear timeline objectives and project insight.
exSELLerate coordinated and launched the first round of television commercials in the summer of 2005 and rolled out photography, case studies, prospectus, PowerPoint templates and all other visual aid support within the desired timeframe and with desired impact.
Results:
From a relatively unknown stand point in early 2000, the Coal and Allied Community Trust is ever increasing its profile within the Hunter Community.

NEWCASTLE KNIGHTS/COAL AND ALLIED BLITZ

Challenge:
exSELLerate services were required to focus on the Newcastle Knights Blitz events, as a representative for Coal and Allied. exSELLerate services were commissioned in a full time capacity with an immediate start date. The event required promotion, liaison with the community, vendors and the Knights event team, collateral design, advertising and event management.
Solution:
Topographic location images were super imposed with booth layout, vendor booths were clearly marked, all vendor/partner communications implemented, event visibility and communications were recommended, collateral elements designed and advertising executed.
Results:
Vendor feedback was positive and all vendors indicated the will to participate in future such events.
Community participation was exceptionally good. Resulting press TV news and editorial coverage was also thorough.

RIVA COFFEE CONSUMER PRODUCTION

Challenge:
A new SKU for the Riva Range (Riva GOLD) was to be launched in the Australian market. exSELLerate were required to develop integrated point of sale creative and consumer promotion. The objective:- to encourage consumer trial and awareness and develop a database of consumers who choose to be contacted for future marketing activity.
Solution:
A consumer promotion was developed based on “what consumers wanted” – product trial and cash! POS including posters, wobblers, entry forms and trade presenters, as well as industry magazine advertising were executed. Creative was strategically tied into all ATL executions to ensure consistency.
Results:
The product launch and consumer awareness increased exponentially
RIVA COFFEE EVENT MANAGEMENT

Challenge:
exSELLerate was to conceptualise an event theme that would work well with the “Riva GOLD” brand launch and provoke excitement from the internal sales team.
exSELLerate was then required to roll out associated PowerPoint, collateral and comical short film elements in coordination with that concept.
Solution:
In alignment with real world time frames the Golden Globes theme was executed to
re-enforce and leverage the Riva GOLD branding.
Results:
The event was a HUGE success with the internal sales team. Thus provoking sales team interest and sales spike activity.
