Challenge:

exSELLerate was asked to develop, implement and provide ongoing consulting for a 12 month marketing and communications strategy. This strategy required a cut through approach that would create noise, and awareness of the new strategic business services on offer, while remaining in line with existing brand equity and expectation.

Solution:

exSELLerate presented key recommendations around the existing logo format.
We seamlessly executed a logo upgrade, retaining the existing colour scheme
and wording, but offering a more professional layout with newly associated
subliminal imagery.

Logo upgrade was implemented and re-enforced through website, signage, corporate identity collateral, newsletter, advertising and marketing other public relations elements.

Results:

This upgrade has provoked an overwhelming response from the local community.
The Andrews & Abrams client portfolio is steadily on track toward achieving a minimum 7% client portfolio increase by the closure of 12-months consulting.

Coal and Allied Community Trust

Challenge:

exSELLerate was asked to communicate and build relationships with alliance partners in the coordination of various marketing communications materials such as:- case study development, photography, premiums, telemarketing, PPT templates, event management and collateral, television commercials and prospectus design compilation.

Solution:

exSELLerate designed a research methodology & worked in conjunction with the Coal and Allied Community Trust to set clear timeline objectives and project insight.

exSELLerate coordinated and launched the first round of television commercials in the summer of 2005, and rolled out all visual aid prospectus, telemarketing and event materials within desired timeframe.

Results:

From a relatively unknown stand point in early 2000, the Coal and Allied Community Trust is ever increasing its profile within the Hunter Community.

Challenge:

exSELLerate was asked to develop a 12 month marketing and communications strategy incorporating the launching of a new business segment and increasing organic growth within the existing client portfolio.

Solution:

exSELLerate designed a research methodology & worked in conjunction with Regional IT to set clear business goals over a 1-3 year period.

exSELLerate wrote a marketing communications strategy which encompassed internal business management structures, targeted media buys, direct mail, public relations & corporate partnerships. exSELLerate is also responsible for all creative elements & campaign execution.
